Fleur's First Spoon – Birds-Eye Maple Bowl - Ebony
Handle - 17 x 4.5 x 1.25 - 1992. Wanting to incorporate lathe work in a
piece, I turned an ebony handle and carved the bird's eye maple bowl.
The two woods are joined with a turned mortise and tenon. |
