“Flip” - Mountain Mahogany - 11 x 2.5 x 2 - 2009 - $1900. Utilizing the small burl on this piece of wood, the intent was to use the burl area as the bowl of the spoon with the straight grain as the handle, I “flipped” the piece and the idea resulting in a spoon with the long narrow bowl and the round burl used as the handle.
