Mother & Child - Algerita Root Burl - Arizona - 7.25 x 2
x 7.25 and 4 x 1.5 x 1 - 2024 - $1100. A pairing of two Algerita spoons,
the larger mother protecting her small child. These are examples of my
Collaboration with Nature Series that uses Algerita roots as handles
with the bowls carved from burl found often at ground level. Exhibited
at the Parkersburg Art Center, The River Exhibition, June-July 2024.
Mother and Child received a Juror's Award. |
