Ron and Kay Springwater have donated 44 of my letter openers to the
Racine Museum of Art. Each carved
from a different wood, this collection covers the evolution of handle
and blade forms from 1993 to 2011. It represents well over half of the
letter openers they have purchased during the that time. I am very
grateful to the Springwaters for their consistent support and
friendship. These are the first letter openers of mine in any public
collection.
