Turning Point - Lignum Vitae – 10 x 2.5 x 3 - $2200. I
started this piece at the onset of a major illness in 2006 but left it
unfinished for a couple of years. It speaks to the personal consequences
of physical and mental trauma. It is made from a piece of Lignum Vitae
gifted from David Ellsworth. This piece has a wax finish as Lignum Vitae
is a very oily wood that will not take a normal oil finish.
